LOAN PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS FROM BROKERS
When submitting a transaction for approval, the brokers are encouraged to include as much information as possible. We pride ourselves on being flexible with our external broker relationships and will find a process that works for you and your client as well. To accelerate the delivery of your LOI, please at a minimum submit the following documents with all loan packages:
- Completed Loan Application
- Lease Agreements (if rented)
- Entity Articles
- Operating Agreements
- Two Months Bank Statements (most recent)
- Credit Report
- Current Drivers License
- Recent Appraisal (if any)
- Preliminary Report
- Payoff Demand (if any)
- Purchase Agreement (if applicable)
- Escrow Instructions
- Borrower’s Exact Vesting
